Earn cash flow with no skin in the game

After you get your full repayment of your original investment, you'll continue to receive your quarterly share of the cash flows.

Receive a pay-out upon a second refinance

Commercial loans have a balloon payment after 5 years. Since we've been paying down the principal and building up equity, we'll be able to refinance into a higher loan and get another cash out, as long as the property performs to our expectations.

After we refinance a second time, we'll keep cash flowing and paying down the principal, allowing us to continue building equity.
