You invest in the deal or fund that best meets your financial goals. With each fund or deal, our principals typically put up 2.5% to 5% of the total equity to align our interests with our investors’ interest.
3. WE OPERATE
After drafting the business plan and closing on the deal, we perform all facets of the business plan with great speed and attention to detail, stabilizing the property as quickly as possible.
4. YOU COLLECT PASSIVE INCOME
It’s like collecting $200 for passing go in Monopoly. You don’t have to do anything but check your mailbox every quarter with your cash flow from each deal.
5. WE REFINANCE
We look to complete our business plan in less than 24 months, so your capital isn’t tied up for a significant amount of time. When we refinance, we pull out the majority, if not all, of your original investment so you don’t have to worry about the risk of losing your original investment.
